Minimum order quantities depend on the product, its construction and the level of customisation. Your account manager confirms the minimum for each item in the quotation, and smaller runs can be discussed for boutique properties.
Yes. Samples from our standard ranges and pre-production samples for custom specifications are available. Samples are dispatched to your property, and timing is agreed when we receive your brief.
Lead times depend on the product, quantity and customisation. They are confirmed in writing at specification stage, before any order is placed.
Payment terms are agreed per programme and confirmed in the quotation.
Yes. Send us a physical sample or a tech pack and we will match weave, weight, size and finish, then confirm with a pre-production sample.
Stock and call-off programmes for recurring replenishment can be arranged for repeat clients and are agreed individually.
