Terms of Business

Scope
These terms apply to quotations, samples and supplies by Fábrica de Textiles y Ropa del Centro, S.A. de C.V. (Textimas) to business customers. Textimas does not sell to consumers. Individual agreements set out in a quotation or order confirmation take precedence over these terms.

The information on this website, including product descriptions and specifications, is for general guidance and does not constitute a binding offer. Binding terms are set out only in a written quotation.
Quotations and orders
Quotations state their period of validity. An order becomes binding when Textimas confirms it in writing and, where applicable, when the customer has approved pre-production samples.
Samples and specifications
Products are supplied in accordance with the written specification and the approved sample. Customary industry tolerances on weight, dimensions and shade apply and are stated in the specification.
Delivery
Delivery terms (Incoterms®) and lead times are agreed per order and confirmed in the quotation or order confirmation.
Payment
Payment terms are agreed per programme and confirmed in the quotation. Ownership of the goods passes to the customer on full payment.
Inspection and claims
The customer should inspect goods on receipt and notify any visible defects or shortages in writing within the period stated in the order confirmation, with photographs where possible. Textimas will review every claim promptly and, where justified, repair, replace or credit the affected goods.
